We Support Your Mental Health Through An Array Of Clinical and Wellness Modalities

EMDR

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) helps people heal from the emotional distress caused by traumatic or disturbing life experiences. EMDR involves moving your eyes back and forth while recalling the traumatic memory, which is supposed to help your brain process and reorganize the information more adaptively.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a specialized form of psychotherapy that aims to help individuals access and process unresolved trauma stored in the subcortical regions of the brain. This method leverages specific focal points within a person’s field of vision to facilitate a deeper connection to the emotional and somatic experiences associated with trauma.

NeurOptimal Neurofeedback

NeuroOptimal Neurofeedback is a drug-free, natural, non-invasive form of brain self-regulation ‘exercise’ that trains your brain by improving Central Nervous System (CNS) functioning.

CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It is a widely used form of psychotherapy or talk therapy that focuses on helping individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours. CBT is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are interconnected, and by changing our thoughts and behaviours, we can improve our emotional well-being.

CBT is typically a structured, goal-oriented approach that involves working with a trained therapist to identify and challenge irrational or unhelpful beliefs and replace them with more rational and constructive ones. It is often used to treat various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, phobias, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). CBT techniques can also be adapted for self-help and used to develop coping skills for managing everyday stressors.
