Michelle Farrow
Michelle Farrow has dedicated her practice to helping individuals reclaim their lives after experiencing trauma. Armed with a deep-rooted understanding of the pervasive impact of trauma—gained from personal experience—Michelle offers an empathetic approach backed by a rich toolkit of evidence-based therapies. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR Certified Therapist, Consultant In Training), Deep Brain Reorienting, Brainspotting, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and Psychodynamic approaches. Her academic and professional background further amplifies her expertise. She holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and a B.A. in Police Studies. Beyond these foundational credentials, Michelle has pursued advanced training as a family and domestic violence mediator. Her lifelong commitment to learning is evidenced by several specialized training programs and certifications, ranging from Brainspotting and Neurofeedback to Perinatal Grief and Intergenerational Trauma. . Stephanie Crema
Stephanie is a skilled psychotherapist with a focus on maternal mental health. She offers a nuanced understanding of the complexities that women face in various stages of motherhood—from fertility struggles to postpartum challenges. What makes her work especially compelling is her journey of healing from trauma, postpartum anxiety, and depression, experiences that have deepened her empathy and honed her expertise. Additionally, as a late diagnosed neurodivergent therapist, Stephanie has a special passion for working with late- diagnosed ADHD and Autism. Rather than adhering to a one-size-fits-all philosophy, Stephanie employs an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy. She curates a customized healing path for each client, integrating an array of evidence-based therapies like EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, somatic and nervous system regulation tools, and Attachment-Based Therapy. Utilizing a wealth of clinical knowledge and a compassionate approach, Alex works collaboratively with her clients to facilitate meaningful change. Alex firmly believes that each person is the expert on their life story. Her role is to serve as a facilitator, helping clients uncover the answers they may already possess. Whether assisting someone through a difficult period or supporting them in making significant life transitions, she is dedicated to offering exceptional therapeutic care. Alex holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counselling and is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Vanessa Robertson is a compassionate Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying, who believes in a holistic trauma-informed approach that takes the whole person, body, mind, and spirit into account. She integrates yoga and mindfulness training, Somatic Experiencing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and a number of other modalities to foster a safe, healing environment.

With a deep passion for maternal mental health, Jillian specializes in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the challenges of motherhood. As a mother and co-parent of three, she understands the complexities of these stages and offers empathetic care for those experiencing the emotional highs and lows of pregnancy and postpartum.
